An ovale marble low table, the top made of Makhrana white marble, the recessed center receiving cups made of Makhrana white marble, Jaisalmer yellow stone, Udaipur pink marble, Jaipur green marble, Makhrana pink marble, Kishangarh grey marble.
On a square base made of indigo-dyed ash wood. 
 
This table is inspired by a thali which is a set of plates used in the Indian subcontinent and in South-East Asia. The cups are carved out of stones from different cities in Rajasthan. 
This table represents the soil of India, each shade of stone bringing to mind an Indian ingredient.
